Large Double Bedroom in Windmill Hill

Hey all!

We have a room available in our lovely house share from the 1st November :) Unfortunately, our current housemate is leaving to go travelling and we are looking for a short term replacement as we have a former housemate coming back in Jan.

The room:
It's on the ground floor with French doors that open onto the garden and is large enough for a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. The room is offered unfurnished (although the open wooden wardrobe can stay).

About us - your new housemates:
You will be living with Lynn, Ben and Joe. We are easy going young professionals that are respectful and like to keep the house clean and tidy! Lynn enjoys choir and dance, Ben likes to go running and plays chess, and Joe produces music whilst also playing in a band. We like to do stuff together where we can, usually going out for a meal or a trip to the pub.

Location / House:
Situated 2 minutes away from Victoria Park, the house has great access to local amenities. This includes; a café next door (they have the BEST almond croissants), Lidl is just an 11 minute walk away, and we're not far from East St or North St, so plenty to explore in the local area.

The house itself has a dining room, small kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. There's also a garden at the back which got a lot of use in the summer!

The boring stuff:
- The room is £687 without bills which will add an approximate £110 on top.
- It's available from the 1st of November with a flexible subcontract of up to 10 weeks.
- Deposit is required.
- Sorry, no students.
