The room available is spacious a walk in wardrobe and space for more storage in the room - it also has a private bathroom. My housemate is moving to Aus so selling her furniture if that appeals 😊

There is secure bike storage on the ground floor of the building where I also keep my surfboard.

💻 I tend to work from home 2 days a week and would be happy for the new tenant to also work remote. However I’d like to keep the living room/kitchen area tidy at the end of each day for the evenings so it feels like a cozy home and not an office.

I’m 30 and I’m a big fan of spending time outdoors and in nature and do what I can to live a low impact environmentally conscious life. I try to shop zero waste and am mostly plant based and would be looking for someone who shares similar values. I work in a creative agency that does sustainability campaigns.

I love cooking, crafting and being creative. I enjoy keeping the flat cozy and clean and would want someone who is happy to do there share in cleaning/tidying. 🫧🧼
