Double, flexible room in Bedminster available

We're looking for someone to rent out our lovely double spare room in Bedminster, just off North Street.

A bit about us - my partner and I both work in wildlife production. I'm British and Noah is Swedish, but we've recently moved to Bristol from Botswana and are still finding our feet slightly in a new city! Noah is away a lot with work, and I am also away a fair bit.

We love (as you might guess!) wildlife, photography, and the outdoors. We're avid recyclers, regular cyclers, increasingly enthusiastic climbers, and terrible surfers. I'm veggie and Noah mostly is. We're (I hope!) very friendly and easy going, tidy and house-proud without being obsessive, and both think its important to make whoever does end up renting the room to feel at home here. We'd like someone we get on with and to occasionally do social things with, but we're also very busy and independent.

A bit about the home - it's a lovely 3-bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms (1 shower), a wonderful plant-filled kitchen/living area, and a garden. The rented room is furnished with a double bed, nice new mattress, a chest of drawers and (soon!) a wardrobe - it also has incredible views out to the Mendips. It's big enough for WFH, and we can add a desk in there too if that would help.

The 3rd bedroom is a guest room we will occasionally have guests staying in, and you'd be welcome to have visitors in there too, with some notice.

We're very flexible, and willing to make it work for the right person. X
