My lovely huge room will be available to sublet from 1st to 31st January next year.
We live in a great 4 bed house in Bedminster, 30 second walk from the heart of North Street!
It is perfect for anyone that is looking to move to Bristol and wants to be in the area to view houses etc!
About the room:
- £726 for the sublet time period.
- Available 1st to 31st January.
- I will also ask for a £100 deposit, just in the small case that there are any damages.
- Bedding and towels provided, if needed. I will also move some of my belongings to make space for you to hang/put your things away.
We are looking only looking for females, i'm sorry.
Current Housemates: You'll be living with Lauren, Mika and Dana! All young professionals working in hospitality, engineering and branding. Like most houses, we like to have a balance of being social but also have our own time/space. We often go out for a house meal, watch telly or go for a walk together.
Even though it is just a month, it is REALLY important to for us to have tidy, clean and considerate people in the house!!
