Outside, there’s a good sized GARDEN to enjoy the sunshine and hang-out with a beer (or glass of wine as you prefer) or have a al fresco dinner with a garden table.
The house is equipped with a burgler alarm & CCTV.
BILLS
Only ONE rental payment to make per month. It includes all utilities, including Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi and cleaning of all areas. No extra fees.
