Short term room let 10 Dec - 18 Feb

Hi everyone, I am looking to sublet my room w/ ensuite in Bedminster in a brand new, highly insulated (read: warm) flat, between 10 December - 18 February while I’m back home in Australia. Rate: £800 p/m = £1800 for the 9 weeks.

The room is spacious and fully furnished, including bed and comfy mattress, desk, desk chair, and armchair. I will need to leave some of my belongings in the room but will clear the chest of drawers out for your use and provide space in the wardrobe.

You will be sharing with my lovely housemate Joe, a smiley 32yo Welshman. We keep the place very neat and tidy and would require someone who is similarly inclined, and I’m afraid no smokers. Aside from this, we’re looking for someone nice, easy going, and who keeps regular hours.

The flat as I said is brand new, super well insulated and warm, with double glazing and underfloor heating (which we haven’t even needed to use since we arrived in late February). You will have an en suite with shower, and full use of everything else. I have a tv in my room you’re welcome to use.
