Cheap room in bedminster

Hi,
My housemate and I are looking for someone to fill the room that is becoming available mid November. The room is small but fits a double bed and can come furnished or unfurnished. The pros about this room is that the window faces the sun all day so is lovely when the sun is out and obviously very cheap rent. The con would be the size of the room. council tax for the house is £77 each. If you don't mind a small room and want to save some money this could be the room for you. I am looking for someone who is proactive and will help with the cleaning and general chores and brings a positive energy to the house. Me (Dale) and Dylan are both friendly and get on with the majority of people and would love to have someone who is generally a sound person, boy or girl. I am currently getting my PT qualifications so I love the gym, cooking and socialising and trying out new food places, watching live music, going to comedy clubs and just chilling etc. Dylan is a brick layer and runs a team of guys. He smokes (just to be transparent) and plays PS4. He is a lovely fella, always good to have a chat and laugh with.
