Room in a cute 2 bed in bedminster

Hey girls ☺️, I was supposed to be replacing a tenant in a really cute 2 bed flat in Bedminster but sadly (and also very excitingly🥰) the other girl is now moving out too because she got a job elsewhere ! I have spoken to the letting agency and they are putting it back on the market but if I can find someone else then we can put a holding deposit down before that happens. They haven’t confirmed the rent price yet, it was £750pm excluding bills but I imagine they will put it up a bit unfortunately 😭, she’s gonna get back to me as soon as she can with that. Move in time would be at the start of December and you would need to be prepared to put the deposit down and sign pretty quickly as I think the property is gonna be snatched up otherwise. I posted on here a while back with a bit about myself but I’m a recent grad, very chill and would love to find someone I could consider a friend aswell as a housemate 🥰.
