Hey! I’m Chloe, I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in making this house a home.
I moved in in June after a long time searching for somewhere to live and now finally settling in after a busy summer. My housemate who has lived here the past two years, is moving out to live with their partner so I need a replacement asap to fill her room- tenancy starts again on the 12th December.
The room is a good sized double with a shower en-suite. The room is mostly unfurnished; the house comes with two shelving units, one which is currently in the room but can be moved out and there is a double bed frame Clare is happy to leave behind but also can move if you do not need/want:) I also have my own en-suite so there is no main bathroom.
There are good communal spaces- dining and living room, which I would like to give a little makeover and make more homely once my new potential housemate moves in.
I would say I am clean and tidy and would like that in my housemate to, within the communal areas.
The rent with half of the bills on top comes to around £850 per month, my rent is slightly more as my room is abit bigger.
Bills include- council tax, internet, water and gas and electric.
I need to find someone asap as end of tenancy is not far away so send me a message if you’re interested and we can get viewings sorted.
If you are interested there is a replacement tenant process through the letting agency to complete. I need to find out exact deposit amount.
