En-suite double room in Bedminster .

Urgent-Need to fill the room asap to start application for start of tenancy 12th Jan.

7 mins walk to Parson street station, 15-20 mins walk to north street/east street, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Asda nearby, 5 min walk to bus stop.

Hey! I’m Chloe, I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in making this house a home.
I moved in in June after a long time searching for somewhere to live and now finally settling in after a busy summer. My housemate who has lived here the past two years, has moved out to with their partner so I need a replacement asap to fill her room.

The room is a good sized double with a shower en-suite. The room is mostly unfurnished; the house comes with two shelving units, can have one in the room if interested and there is a double bed frame Clare is happy to leave behind but also can move if you do not need/want:) I also have my own en-suite so there is no main bathroom.

There are good communal spaces- dining and living room, which I would like to make more homely once my new potential housemate moves in.
I would say I am clean and tidy and would like that in my housemate to, within the communal areas.

The rent with half of the bills on top comes to around £850 per month, my rent is slightly more as my room is abit bigger.
Bills include- council tax, internet, water and gas and electric.

If you are interested there is a replacement tenant process through the letting agency to complete. I need to find out exact deposit amount.
