Spacious room in great home

Hi,

I have a room to rent in my home. Live in landlord and have recently renovated the house so everything is well done, comfy and it's also in a quiet area.

I live a busy life and usually out of home a few days a week in the days / evenings. I do work from home a few times a week but have an office for this which you can also use if I'm not about. My interests are festivals, playing piano, going to gigs, collecting records, photography, swimming, running, playing football, surfing, cooking and socialising with my friends.

I am in no rush to let the room out and i am looking for the right housemate to share the home with. Looking for someone with their own life and interests. Hopefully we have some of the same interests and will become good friends as well. I am always open to new activities and learning something new.

I will cover all the bills and this is includes - wifi, gas, electric, TV, council tax, water.
