Double room in flat in Bedminster

Hi! I’m Lucy and I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my flat in Bedminster, as my current flatmate is sadly moving out.

The flat is a new build about 25 mins from Temple Meads, 10 mins from whapping wharf and just off the back of North Street so fab location ☺️ (25 mins walk to Ashton gate as well if you’re a rugby fan like me 🏉 ☺️).

The room is a double room, not an en-suite but I have my own bathroom so you’d have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time. All bills included.

There’s no parking with the flat however the roads round me aren’t permitted so it’s doable having a car (I did have one and most of the time getting a space close to the flat wasn’t too much of an issue, it can be a bit harder when there’s games on at Ashton gate though).

There’s also a shared terrace on our floor, although probably won’t get much use at the moment in the cold / wet weather!

A bit about me - I’m 29, enjoy anything fitness related (I go to the gym a few days a week and play netball as well) and am normally up for a pint if someone suggests one ☺️ I’m also a coffee addict so being surrounded by some of the best cafes in Bristol has been good 😂 pretty clean and tidy so would be looking for someone that is the same :)

I’m in the office most days and home at the weekends for the most part as well.
