Cosy living room and spacious dining room which is open to kitchen. Very large bathroom with shower over bath - good water pressure & always plenty of hot water.

South facing sunny garden which is perfect for BBQs and socializing in the summer!

Free on street parking and a secure bike shed out front. Also lots of storage space in loft or garden shed if needed too.

Looking for a friendly housemate to make themselves at home. I'm pretty easy going, and clean/tidy. I mostly work from home with semi regular travel away so would probably prefer someone who is mostly office based if possible but it's not a deal breaker. I'm out of the house a fair amount either horse riding, playing hockey or socializing but also love a chill evening on the sofa.

House is on a really quiet residential street, so it's pretty peaceful here.

Well behaved cats and dogs (and possibly other animals), considered 😊 I do have a horse - not at the house, but if you are allergic it may set you off.

Super close to North Street and the wharf, and about 30 mins walk to temple meads.

Happy to consider short or long term lets.
