We have a lovely double room becoming available in our friendly, easy-going house in Bedminster. The room is available from the 19th Jan (£700).
Our home is in a great location, close to pubs, shops, and a 5-minute walk from Greville Smyth Park. There’s free on-street parking (no permit required), and finding a space is rarely an issue.
We’re four friendly girls looking who will be having two new housemates join our sociable household of six. (We have found one already who will be moving in at the start of Jan). While we all have our own schedules and lives, we often catch up in the evenings for a chat. It’s important to us that our new housemates fit in well with the relaxed, welcoming vibe of the house.
The house has plenty of space, including a lounge, kitchen, and two bathrooms between 5(one room has an en-suite in the house). Despite being a larger house, we rarely feel on top of each other due to our varied schedules.
We’re looking for people who are clean, easy-going, and friendly.
