Spacious double rooms in quiet location

I’m a 29 year old professional woman working in North Bristol. My house has three bedrooms in a quiet cul de sac.

I have two rooms that I am looking to rent out. The first one is a spacious double with a built in wardrobe and overlooks the garden. The second room is also a double and is furnished with a side table, clothes rail, mirror and chair.

The shared living spaces include the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
The house was renovated fairly recently and has a new kitchen and appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and a double oven. The kitchen/diner is a large area which leads out to the garden through patio doors. The garden is a nice and peaceful space with minimal upkeep.

The house is a mile from the city centre, a 15 minute walk to popular destinations such as north street in one direction and temple meads in the other. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk linking you to all areas of Bristol.

I would like to share with two other professional women of a similar age to me who also like me values their own space, has their own hobbies and likes a quiet and tidy house.
