House/room is furnished and only a 5 min walk from two very green parks (Victoria Park & Perret Park) and a 20 min walk from Temple Meads. Room also has an AMAZING view of Bristol and the house has a lovely garden space (equipped with trampoline)
Total including bills is £875 per month and tenancy would be from March 1st through to the end of June.
