Sunny double room in Bedminster 🌞

Unfurnished double room available in Bedminster, just a stones throw away from North St (off Chessels St so plenty of free parking). Sadly, our housemate Ana is moving out with her partner so her room will be available from the end of March.

The house is a 3 bed with this one being the biggest one at the front of the house so gets a lot of natural light in. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower and an open plan living room.

You will be living with Sua (28) and I (27). Sua works in the railway sector, plays tag rugby, enjoys crafts and F1. I work in the pharmaceutical sector and enjoy running, gym, cinema etc! We are looking for a new housemate / friend to fit in. Would like to stress that we are not a party house! We enjoy going to gigs, pub trips, hosting dinners and occasional game nights but like to keep the house a quiet and fairly calm space to live in. Weekdays are usually quiet but weekends are spent out and about or cwtched up infront of the tv together.

We also have a resident cat called Sushi who is an indoor cat so would ideally like someone who is fond of cats! He is a very loving and friendly boy who loves to curl up in your lap.

Rent is £600 and bills are £150-ish (less in the summer). Deposit also needs to be paid and will be taking over Ana’s tenancy so a name change fee will also be needed. It is a 1 year fixed tenancy.
