Double bedroom available in BS3

Clean new build, spacious ground floor room available, sharing with two friendly 33 year olds. Communal house, with living room leading to walled-in garden. Our party house days are behind us, so preferably someone who's happy to just chill at home. Looking for someone clean and tidy who respects communal spaces. We mainly keep ourselves to ourselves, but do make time for each other with movie nights etc. Good location, pretty quiet area and off the main road.

Paperwork fees to be paid alongside deposit but unsure on amount as of yet.
Pets allowed however I am allergic to cats so unfortunately cannot accept cats :(
