Double room in Bedminster

I am subletting my double room in a cozy 3 bedroom house in Bedminster for a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 4 months from the 19th of February (March, April, May with the option of June to be discussed with me).
You would be sharing the house with 2 people: a 34 years old man and a 30 years old woman. The house is spacious and it has got 1 shared toilet, a garden, a private car park and a big garage, guitars and a piano. It is not a party house. Each one of us work extensive shifts and we are looking for someone friendly, clean and mindful who is willing to keep a nice atmosphere in the house. The price does not include the bills (about £130 per month).
I am happy to schedule viewings and open to negotiate if necessary after we meet.
