Seeking new friendly female housemate

To join as a 4 bedroom house in Bedminster with 3 other females. Gender preference is also specified by the landlord.

Rent is £590 and approx £100 for bills per month. DSS accepted, no pets sorry, one sneaky one already here half the time who doesn’t get on well with other dogs and cats.
Deposit is one month rent.
Private landlord, we are just replacing our housemate. Room is available from 18th Sept on a rolling contract.

Room is a small double but has the sole use of an adjoining room so great for those working from home as an office or small gym.
Room is unfurnished.
Rest of the house is nice and roomy with a decent suntrap garden.

5 minute walk to the super lovely North Street, free on street parking, close walk to Parson St station and various bus stops. House also has lockable bike storage.

Ideally looking for another female in their late 20s/early 30s to fit in with us.

You’d be sharing with three of us with lots of active hobbies and social lives so we like to make sure we’re chatty when we do come together but also lead our own lives. Not so much of a sit down and watch tv together household. Also part time joined by Leo the dog so you’d need to be ok with him but sadly he is not super ok with other dogs or cats.
