Double unfurnished room available for a professional in bright flat in Bedminster ☀️ Move in date is beginning of November (can be flexible but likely to be the 2nd) ✨ Price is £562.50 excl bills, £700-710 max incl bills, with a deposit going into protected scheme. The flat is a 25min walk from the centre, with bus stops to/from the centre within a minute walk, also 5mins away from North Street. It's a 7min walk from Lidl & a 2 min walk from Tesco.

Room is *unfurnished* but you can have the mirror and clothes rack you can see in the pictures for free. The flat is south facing and gets lots of sunshine throughout the whole year ☀️ which is amazing, and has lots of space. We also have a parking space and bike storage. The area is central yet amazingly quiet!

Who you'll be living with:
Me, Marianna, full-time professional, who outside of work enjoys going to the gym and anything active, hanging out with friends and always up for a trip to a beach/nature🌊. There is also a friendly cat who loves people's company in the flat, Victor, who I adopted 13 years ago in Greece, so animal lovers please message 🐱x
This is run by an agency and unfortunately no more pets are allowed. Plus they will run the usual reference checks and you would have to be in full-time permanent employment (making a bit more than 2x times the rent) or PhD or pay 6 months upfront. Again agency requirements🥲

Looking for someone friendly and tidy who I can also have a laugh with and potentially do things together when we can(eg go to the pub, have a movie night with friends etc). This is a sociable but not big party flat. I really love the flat and Bedminster so ideal person would be someone who wants to make a home of this too and will enjoy living here x
