Double room (unfurnished) available in Windmill Hill from beginning of April.

Great location (BS3) right by Victoria Park and super close to East and North Street. Well connected with Bedminster train station at the end of the road and Temple Meads a 10 min cycle.

The room is a large double with two built in wardrobes for storage. The house has all the usual things, including a garden, utility room, wood burning stove, spare room for if you have guests visit, plus comes with 2 lovely housemates (myself and my partner) 🙂

Adam works at a healthclub and also does photography and music. I'm a nutritional therapist and enjoy hiking and generally getting out in nature. We are both in our early 40s, friendly and sociable. We like to get away in our campervan a lot at weekends, especially in the summer.

Looking for someone in their 30s or 40s on a similar vibe to share our home. We both like cooking and would happily share some house meals and the odd movie night, but no obligation.

Rent is £650 inclu bills - energy, water, council tax (band B), tv licence, internet, and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks (the bills are kept under review and adjusted up or down as needed, based on any prices changes).
