My name's James, I’m 32, work in IT, and would describe myself as a bit of a nerd. I play D&D once per week and love a gaming session with friends (video or board variety)! I'm also into running (I'm over 30 so of course I'm training for a half marathon 😂). I enjoy the gym but also won't say no to an occasional pub trip.

I like a home that’s sociable but not a party house. Somewhere that feels relaxed and comfortable. I’m looking for a housemate who is clean, considerate, and easygoing.
