Single room in convenient location for 2 months

I’ve got a cozy, modern single room available for 2 months in my recently renovated house. You’d be sharing the place just one more tenant, a young professional.

The location couldn’t be better – ASDA and the bus stop are literally a minute away, and the city centre is only about a 10-minute walk.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, tidy, and respectful (student or professional would be ideal). Just a couple of simple house rules – no guests, and keep shoes off indoors, to keep things fresh and clean.

Rent is one month upfront, and all bills are included, so no hidden extras.
