Cosy flat close to Victoria Park

Hello!

My name is Laura and I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my cosy flat in Bedminster.

Perfect location - you can walk everywhere! 5 mins to Victoria Park, Asda, gym and yoga studio. 10 mins to North Street shops. 15 mins to the Centre and Watershed.

Flat is extremely well insulated - barely needed to use the heater in winter. South facing windows so gets a lot of direct sunlight throughout the day.

Large shared living space, so if you come with extra furniture there's heaps of space. Shared kitchen is small but has the basics (no microwave or dishwasher sorry!). We have a car space which is yours if you need. No balcony but lush double doors that open up when the weather is warm.

Your room is the smaller of the 2, but can easily fit a double bed. You'll have exclusive use of the bathroom as my room has an ensuite. Comes unfurnished, with the option to buy some of my former flatmate's furniture (bed, shelves, clothes rail).

Bills come to approx 150 per month (council tax - band B, wifi, water and electricity) so looking at around 775 total.

A little bit about me - I moved to Bristol in May last year and l love living here! I work fulltime in public health, usually 3 days a week from the office and 2 from home. I'm pretty chill during the week, like to get to bed by about 10pm so would appreciate a flatmate who's on the same page. When I'm not at working I love to read, go to the cinema, yoga, cycling, knitting, hiking.

I'd love a flatmate who would be up for the occasional outing together or who can get behind a shared TV show :)

Will be available from mid-June. Will need to be on the lease and have references checked by the agent.
