We're looking for someone new to join our 3 bedroom house from May, ideally long term.

We value a chill, clean and peaceful home and we're looking for someone who'll respect house norms and quiet hours at night, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to making our home a comfortable and fun place to live!

We share all our common spaces, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms.
We're both professionals and love getting together every now and then, cook something together, go to the pub, but otherwise everyone does their own thing when it comes to cooking and daily routines.

Details:
Rent £450 per month + bills (usually around £120 each)
References required by the land lord.

Small double, unfurnished but we have some furniture available to buy.

The House:
-A big, bright home, many plants!
-Large bathroom downstairs and a shower upstairs
-Spacious kitchen, dining room, living room - all downstairs
-Spacious garden
-No pets (unfortunately)

The Area:
Near North Street pubs, beer gardens, big shops, small independent shops, train station, multiple bus connections to city centre and other areas, all within walking distance.
