Summer Sublet - Double room in central Bedminster

Hi there - I'm moving out from 1st June-19th Sept (Could be flexi for that last weekend), for Work, looking for someone to take the room for that time.

Lovely Double room in 3 Bedroom house. Wardrobe, tallboy, Bedside table and tiny desk come with the room, and 2x Underbed Drawers. I'll leave my plants if you're happy to water them, and the books.

Shared living room, kitchen and Bathroom with bath/shower. We also have a small patio garden and a Storage room. Living room has a sofa bed if you want to have anyone to stay. There is free on-street parking but it can get pretty busy around the house if you're coming home late.

Sharing the house with 2 Friendly sociable housemates, and one Dog (Twig is a Rotty/Staffy cross so she is not small but she is a total Darling and keeps herself to herself). No need to walk Twig, and she is cared for 99.9% of the time by Leo and occasional dog walkers. (I've needed to feed her in an emergency situation 1 time in the last two years.) Leo is a manager of bars downtown (shift work), and Beth mostly works from home. Both housemates have partners so sometimes the house can be bustling, but so full of food and laughter and light. We have an occasional wine together, sometimes watch a show, but our schedules are all different so mostly it's standing chats in the kitchen over cooking and coffee. We share cleaning a house upkeep.

£520 covers rent and basically all bills - sometimes those bill prices fluctuate based on use but it stays pretty low. Please get in touch with your dates and what kind of housemate you are! Thanks
