Double room in a 2 bedroom flat in Bedminster

I’m looking for someone to join me in a 2 bedroom flat in Bedminster as my current flatmate is moving out. The ideal move-in date would be 6th June to align with the rent schedule, but I’m flexible if you need to move earlier or later.

About the flat:

The flat is in BS3 4BU, a 15-minute walk to the city centre and well connected to the rest of Bristol.

The room is a furnished double with a bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, and shelves. The furniture, except for bed, can be removed if preferred. We’d be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom. There’s plenty of storage available in the boiler and storage rooms. The flat has an allocated parking space in the building's secure parking lot.

Costs:

Rent is £750/month, bills come to about £62.5/month (electricity, water and broadband) and council tax is £83.74/month (band B). Total is £900/month (rent + bills + council tax).

About myself:

I’m 24 and work in renewable energy consultancy (9-7, mostly office-based).

I love staying active (kickboxing, cycling, outdoors activities, bouldering) and also enjoy a cosy night in, good food, and an occasional pub night. I’m clean, respectful and easy to get along with. I’m looking for someone similar who’s friendly and ideally up for spending some time together.
