Double room going in 3 bedroom house in Bedminster

We have a double room going in Bedminster as our friend has moved out!

The room is on the bottom floor, lots of space and big bay windows.
Two toilets, bath and shower, and separate utility room.
We are council tax band B, so all bills come to around £140 (WiFi, Council Tax, Energy, Water)

The room can come furnished with a bed and wardrobe of can be removed if you have your own furniture.

Henry and I have been friends for a while, and get along well living together.
We like to share the living room space to watch films, play video games and hang out.

We are two musicians who work a day job to live in Bristol. I work 9-5 whilst Henry is a bartender.

We are on a rolling contract, so short term is welcome until we find someone we get along with.
