Small Double Room - Female Only

Hey :) My names Jenna and im looking for someone to come and stay in my house in Bedminster.

I live with one of my friends and my two cats, Ziggy and Luca, who are so friendly and sweet. (Sorry cant accept other pets because of this)

It’s a gorgeous three bed house with a stunning garden. Right near parsons street train station and on a quiet crescent which means there’s lots of free parking. The kitchen and dining area is really nice and spacious and the living room is gorgeous with a little ‘snug’ next to it. I also have a wood fire place which is really cosy in the winter:)

Its currently occupied by me (Jenna) im 29 and im a recruitment consultant working on whiteladies road! I work in the office and from home on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. I love being social, having friends round, watching a good film/documentary, reading and cooking :)

Jess, also lives there with me. She is lovely and works as a dietician at southmead hospital.

The room comes with a small double bed and a bedside table and a clothes rail, and theres also a large built in cupboard for more storage space. Plus I also have an attic for anything else you may need to store.

The rent will be £530 per month plus bills which come to around £150. I have Sky TV and broadband. A heated airer for clothes drying, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc.
