Hey all,
My name is Mario, I'm 36 y. o., I work as a business manager in family maintenance company.
I own lovely black cat named Lily and am currently offering a room to rent in a basement flat in Bedminster, just a walking distance from Bedminster Avenue (bus stop, shops). The area is very quiet and chilled. House has got a big shared living room which I'm not using much anyway, that leads into the kitchen. The room comes unfurnished. There are two rooms in the house, the bigger one is being offered. There is a bath/shower and toilet obviously. I'm looking for an easy going and chilled housemate to share the flat with as my current housemate is moving out to live with his lifelong friend. I'm also easy going, always smiling and very chilled lad. As I mentioned above I do have a cat companion so I would welcome someone with a cat friend too. The room will be free from 15.7., If you'd like to come for viewing, not a problem. I'm free Monday to Friday after 5pm or anytime on the weekends.
