Room available in Bedminster

This lovely room in Bedminster will be available from now. It’s just a 2-minute walk from North Street, right by the Coop.

The house is spread over two floors:
On the ground floor, there’s the living room, kitchen, bathroom (shared with me and Matteo), a storage room with a tumble dryer, my bedroom, and a sunny, spacious patio.
Upstairs, you’ll find your room along with Emilio’s and Matteo’s rooms.

Me, Emilio, and Matteo all work full-time, so the house is often quiet and empty during the day. It’s not a party house, but we’re always up for a nice dinner together when work allows!

The room comes with a bed, desk and chair and a wardrobe.

Rent is £550+ bills (around £150–£200), subject to annual increase. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
Minimum stay is 6 months. References required.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean and respectful – that’s all we ask!
