We’re looking for a new housemate to join Mattia and Jorge in our bright, spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood.

The House:
• The available room is located on the first floor, alongside two others.
• Downstairs features a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet, as shown in the photos.
• There’s also a lovely garden and a garage/storage area, where we do laundry and park one of our two cars. Parking outside is free.

About Us:
• Mattia, 36, is an Intensive Care Nurse and Wildlife Filmmaker, nursing during the winter and filming in the summer.
• Jorge, 35, is an Emergency Nurse who loves to travel and seek out new adventures.

What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to live with a responsible, tidy, and considerate person, ideally in their 30s. We both work long, demanding shifts, so we value a calm, peaceful home.
• No parties or wild nights, just a friendly, relaxed vibe.

Rent:
£650 per month + bills (around £130–150)
12 months minimum contract.
