Spacious double room in 2 bed flat

Heya! I’ve just moved into this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Bedminster and I’m looking for someone chilled to move into the spare double room.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and drawers, but there’s space for you to add any extra furniture if you’d like. The flat has a shared living area and access to communal gardens. There’s 1 parking space which I’m using currently but is also parking on road so could be flexible with this.

Bills (gas, electric, water) will be split equally—shouldn’t be more than around £80 a month on top of rent.

A bit about me: I enjoy being outdoors—swimming, running, cycling—and I’m looking for someone easy-going, tidy, and respectful to share the flat with.
