I'm subletting the master bedroom in my 3 bed house with a massive garden, conservatory, parking and garage with plenty of storage. Ideal for someone with storage needs.

The location is perfect with flat routes to city centre and close proximity to high streets of Bedminster, and Victoria park.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly people - me and my partner, James. We have a chill time here - cook for & with housemates and do our little projects. James' latest passion is in making sourdough :))

We're also physically active - into gardening, trying different recipes. I'm also into running and football. Practice yoga few times a week at home. James goes climbing and cycling often.

Looking for someone who can maintain tidiness & hygiene and enjoys a bit of gardening as well. Yes to BBQs, no to big house parties. Move in date flexible up to 2nd of Jan.

As someone who moved into Bristol not long ago, I understand the challenge of settling into a new city. I'm happy to be flexible with the timeline and offering space in the garage for any storage needs before & after moving.
