MONDAY–FRIDAY LODGER WANTED – FEMALE PREFERRED (25+)

A furnished double room with private en suite is available in our warm and welcoming family home in Bedminster. Ideal for a professional woman (25+) who needs a peaceful, comfortable base during the working week. Let is for Monday to Friday (4 nights) - Sunday night stays (5 nights total) may be considered for a small increase in rent.

The Room

-Private, top-floor room – the only room on that floor for extra privacy
-Double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe
-En suite bathroom with storage
-TV point and small stand available if required (TV not included)
-The daybed in the pictures is no longer in the room, it is a white wooden double bed

The House

-Clean, modern three-bedroom home with shared kitchen
-The living room is not available for lodger use, as it is a private family area and play space for a young child.
-Dedicated parking space available

You'll be sharing with me - a woman in her thirties - and my four-year-old daughter, who is lively and lovely. We spend most evenings together, and I work from home most days, usually in my room or the kitchen.

Important to Note

-No guests or overnight visitors
-Must not work from home
-No smoking indoors
-No late-night returns

You're welcome to leave personal belongings in your room over the weekend.

Rent & Deposit

-Rent is £500 per month – includes all bills and internet
-Deposit required (refundable subject to condition at end of stay)

Location & Transport

-Located in a quiet, family-friendly street in Bedminster
-Conveniently located near North Street and Victoria Park.
-It’s just 10 minutes' walk to both Bedminster and Parson Street Stations, a 20-minute walk to the harbour and 30 minutes' walk to Temple Meads Station.
