Double room to let, Victoria Park

Hiya all, we're looking for somebody to come and enjoy our lovely house! It's a three bedroom Victorian Terrace with a garden in BS3, just a minute walk away from Victoria Park.

You'd probably like to know a little about the people you'll be living with. We are two guys who have solid working weeks which often means we're only home in the evening during the week. I myself am a brewer at a local brewery, and Max is a chef for a local bakery, which means beer and bread on tap, but when we are home we enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Sitting on the sofa to watch a film, the occasional drink, and cooking good food. We're hoping that you'd enjoy that too. Oh, we have a cat too, who sleeps a lot.

The below pictures of the bedroom would be one on offer, a double room with a view of the garden, lovely evening sun, and a little bit of separate storage. It will be unfurnished come move in date, of which is the 14th of September. The Rent for the room in question is £900 a month (including bills), the deposit is £827, and we will need to introduce you to our landlady - a lovely woman.

We don't mind if you'd like to have a tour, and want to meet us, but bear in mind the above, we are often at work. I will be home most evenings and weekends, and Max will be home most evenings and at random intervals, so I'm sure we can make something work.
