Double room

A newly decorated double room to rent in my three bedroom house. The carpet is four months old and wardrobe is also new. You will be the first occupant of the room since it has been decorated.

The upstairs shared bathroom is new (6 months old) and there is a lovely new kitchen and dining room, which you can use at anytime. You’ll also have access to the sunny south facing garden. I am the only occupant of the house, apart from my cat.

Victoria Park is a five minute walk. Lidl and Asda are both a 10 minute walk. Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 25 minute walk or 3 minutes on the train. A bus stop 200m from my house takes you straight into town (although the centre of Bristol is a 25 minute walk). North street is a 15-20 minute walk and has copious amounts of restaurants, cafes, yoga studios, gyms and shops etc.

I can’t store a bike in the house unfortunately but there are bike hangars provided by the council that popular and nearby (150 metres from my house).

I WFH and my job involves supporting vulnerable young people. So, as I’m involved in numerous sensitive meetings during the day, ideally you’ll work from an office Monday-Friday (but this is obviously negotiable).

Additional things you should know:

*You will need to like cats.
*No couples please.
*I am vegetarian so wouldn’t want meat to be cooked in the house. Sorry!
*Non-smokers only please.
*700 deposit required.
*700 rent per month which includes all bills, including the internet.

I am out most evenings (choir, Tai Chi, swimming and yoga), weekends and I live a quiet and tranquil life when at home. If you think this would suit you, please drop me a message. .
