Big double in a chill and friendly house 🏡

Hello! We are looking for a chill and social person to join our 3 bed in totterdown, bedminster. Needs to move in on the 24th/25th of September. (There is potential for moving in from the 18th and paying £217 for that week.) Bills - £152 pp
Rent - £715
Deposit - £770 (to the landlord)
12 month contract then monthly rolling

The room is a big double with bay windows, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. The house has a shared living room, a big kitchen with lots of storage, a large garden and a cat! Percy is a very friendly outdoor cat. The house + room is fully furnished. The landlord is an independent who is very chill. The house is a 2 min walk to Victoria park, 15/20 min walk to big Asda and a 25 min walk to temple meads. Super homely place with tidy and friendly housemates.

You’ll be living with Ross and Tanwen who are easy going and tidy. Ross is friendly and communicative but tends to keep to himself. I however have not long moved to Bristol so I would really love to make a friend or at least a housemate that likes watching telly together/ having a chat over dinner. We both work a couple days from home and the rest in office.

Just as a heads up, I tend to speak to family/friends on the phone around the house regularly- but not in an obnoxious way!

I’m also disabled and neurodivergent so definitely not a party house but I love meeting new people and hosting dinners/garden bbqs.
