Looking for one new flat mate (professional, no full time WFH & female only) to join us in our homely flat with a garden in Bedminster.
We are looking for someone with a similar vibe/ lifestyle and is super clean and tidy!!
This is 100% not a party house, we are very chilled and wholesome and would like the flat to stay quite as we are usually up early for work and training. We like having our own space but equally love chilled nights in together, walks & flat dinners ect.
About us:
Jaya 27 - residential wellbeing manager at UoB. Loves travel, eating out and fitness including Muay Thai and running 🥊🌞.
Pip 26 - works as a personal trainer. loves fitness, trying new food spots and cafes and weekends away.
Ultimately we would love someone who is our friend too rather than just a roommate.. we our looking for a long term roommate opposed to short. We want someone to love the flat as much as we do and have similar interests/ schedules.
Shiv is moving out end of sept, room would be to rent from 1st of October - we will be doing viewings asap! Shiv is also happy to sell her bedroom furniture cheap before she goes.
Rooms prices are worked out by room size and yours would be the biggest in the flat. The room advertised will be £660 + bills usually (£120 each)
Unsure of deposit but usually it’s the equivalent to a months rent
