We are looking for a friendly new housemate to replace me as I am moving away from the UK.
The room is great, with lots of natural light, a built in wardrobe and two chests of drawers.
The house is spacious with an open plan lounge and dining room and plenty of storage space.

- Across street from Victoria Park (beautiful in summer)
- Very close to flashpoint climbing centre if you're into that
- Quiet area but close to the fun
- Less than 15 mins to Temple Meads Station
- Bakery and fresh food shops nearby
About the current flatmates:
Theo (32) is a pilot who has recently moved to Bristol and is keen to meet new people. He enjoys swimming, running and plays the piano.
Sarah (42) has recently taken the front bedroom and will be moving in at the end of September. She just went through the spareroom viewing process and liked our atmosphere.
