House share 2 x rooms to let Bedminster

Hello! Two of our housemates are sadly moving out so we have two double rooms available in a 3-bedroom house in Bedminster.

Room 1 is ground floor.
Room 2 is first floor.

Rent is £600, deposit is same price. Rent gets paid directly to the landlord.
Bills not included – roughly £130 in summer and £230 winter. (Between £730 - £830 for rent and bills. This includes broadband, gas and leccy, council tax and water). Bills get paid amongst us, usually sent to the corresponding housemate money each month.

Both rooms available from 1st October.
Both rooms are unfurnished but tbc.

Looking for someone, preferably female, similar age, enjoys spending some time in the house, chatting in the garden, going to the pub together, but also values their own time/ space. The current housemate has lived here for a few years and this house has become her home, so would want someone to treat it the same and make everyone feel welcome.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy – it is up to us to keep the house clean, including the garden and recycling.
Looking for someone cat friendly, we have Moonie the cat and he’s indoor only. He mostly spends his time in the current housemate’s room but does wander around sometimes.

Looking for someone who works full time during day hours - unfortunately, having people in and out at night probably wouldn’t suit as we all get up early in the morning for work. Ok if home based/ WFH.

There is no guarantee for parking space, the street has no permit so the neighbours and the public park there.
