Large double room available in BS3

Hi there! I’m moving out of this lovely flat in BS3 at the end of October, so we’re looking for someone to take my place. It is a great location - a short walk to north street, temple meads and the city centre. You’d be living with Kiana who is super friendly and easy to get along with, so we’re looking for a female young professional to join her. Kiana works in the office most of the time so there is space to WFH.

The bedroom available is really spacious and comes unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe. It currently fits a king bed and large bedside chests of drawers. The rest of the flat is also a good size and has lots of space for storage. I will be moving the sofa and various common area bits, so there opportunity to make it your own and any furniture you already have or are able to source is a plus.

Bills are not included and a deposit of 5 weeks rent is payable to Bristol Property Centre who manage the property. The flat also has only one parking space which is used by Kiana so there is not property parking available.
