1 Double Bedroom in Bedminister

I’m moving out of a lovely 4 bedroom house.

It is a few minutes walk to North Street, with bus links just outside the home.

Bills are included, so the rent of £725 is all that you would pay.

There are 3 males: Oscar, Elliot and Bart. They work within carpet cleaning, architecture and engineering.

We have open lines of communication, and all the existing housemates are lovely.

You would be taking my room which is on the bottom floor next to Bart’s, right next to the kitchen and opposite the downstairs toilet.

There is 1 shower room + toilet. 1 downstairs toilet. Back garden with a bike shed.

Matt is our landlord, he is very easy to talk to and an overall fair and friendly person. Matt is our live out landlord but manages everything himself. He tends to resolve issues very quickly, and will respond to you usually same day to make sure it has been acknowledged and actions are in place.

Wonderful home, I am leaving so I can move in with friends closer to my workplace.
