Hello, I have a double attic room available to rent in Bedminster from late September ( I can be flexible on dates)
The room is £600 plus bills. A month’s deposit is required. It is furnished with a bed, clothes rail but other furniture may be required.
The flat has a shared parking space, garden, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There is also a small garage which can be used as bike storage.
I am a live in landlord who enjoys socialising with friends, spinning classes and reading and I work a few days a week in the office. It would be great to move in a sociable person with similar interests.
There is a bus stop close to the place into town and less than a 10 min walk to Bedminster train station. You can also walk to the centre and temple meads station in about 30 mins.
