Looking for a comfortable short-term home in a fantastic location? Our 2-bedroom house is just a 30-second walk from North Street, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets right on your doorstep.

Property Features:

- 2 bedrooms (second bedroom ideal as an office or with a sofa bed)

- Open-plan living/dining area

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Bathroom with all essentials

- Secure courtyard garden

- Lots of storage space

- Simply furnished with everything you need (you’re welcome to bring your own items)

Parking:
Free parking on the road, but it’s first-come-first-served and can get busy.

Pets:
Well-behaved dogs or small pets welcome (sorry, no cats).

Rental Details:

- Available immediately

- 3-month contract (while the house sale completes – you won’t be asked to move out during this period)

- After 3 months, we’re open to week-by-week extensions if needed

- £700 security deposit (returned at the end)

- Full 3-month payment due on arrival

- All bills included

We’ll sign a contract before you move in for everyone’s peace of mind

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, though we may need to arrange very limited contractor visits (scheduled at times that suit you, no involvement needed).

The reason for the short-term let: the house has been sold and we’d like someone to live here rather than leaving it empty.
