Hey, we’re Abbie, Georgia and Chantal and we’re looking for someone to replace our current housemate who is purchasing their first home.

A bit about our home…
The house itself was recently refurbished. It has a large lounge, decent sized kitchen with dining table, washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and other bits you’d expect. Main bathroom with shower/bath and there’s also an under-stairs loo. There’s a small rear garden with handy side access if you need to keep a bike outside (no bikes in the house sorry). No designated parking but plenty on street, no permit required, and a handy car park opposite which is free evenings and weekends.

A bit about your room…
The room is a good sized unfurnished, on the ground floor, between the kitchen and living room. Rent is £600 pcm plus bills which are approx £130 per month. The bills include all the usuals, and the only thing we pay on top for is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas, this is £11.40 every two weeks. So £730 pm, plus the cleaner all in. It is a 6 month initial contract then rolling. Move in date is 2nd November 2025.

A bit about where we are…
The house is in Bedminster just off North Street, a couple of mins walk away. It’s 10 minutes walk to Wapping Wharf and 25 minutes or so to the city centre. Bedminster train station is also a short walk away and plenty of buses nearby, if you need them.

A bit about us…
Three gals in our early 30’s, all working professionals, often at least one of us working from home. We’ve all lived together for several years now and the house is very much a home to us. It is currently a female only house, though that was just by chance and we’re open to mix it up.

We’re hoping to find a likeminded human that is looking for a place to call home, rather than just a room to crash. We want to share a clean and tidy space that everyone’s happy living in. We’re not looking for a party atmosphere (those days are behind us!) but we do enjoy the occasional knees up every now and again. As we all work full time mid-week is pretty chill, on the sofa in front of the tv or catching up whilst cooking etc and weekends tend to be a bit of a see whose around kind of vibe. We all have reasonably busy schedules, so our time at home is pretty quiet and tranquil. We would love to find someone that becomes a friend (rather than just a hi and bye in the hallway) but who’s also respectful of everyone’s downtime, space and schedules. We’re all pretty laid back but would expect someone to help keep the place tidy, clean up after themselves and treat the house with respect.

Abbie owns the house and is a live in landlord but at the mo she’s often away so the majority of the time there’s just three of us around.
