Our housemate is sadly moving out at the end of their tenancy, so we are in search of a new housemate to fill the room and add to our cosy home! We are 3 girls, 25-26, who have been living in Bristol for the past few years.
The house is a 4 bedroom terrace and the front-facing, ground floor bedroom is available. The room is spacious and light, and is unfurnished. We’re located by lots of green spaces (like Victoria park), as well as local amenities like Asda and Lidl, Bedminster train station, and lots of pubs and charity shops on North Street.
Rent is £650 pcm, with bills coming to just under £120 a month additionally. We have a lovely little garden, which is perfect for sitting in the sun in summer! There are two bathrooms (one shower). Our street is friendly and filled with families and other young adults, and there is a real community feel.
We’d love to find a housemate who we can socialise with - we love going to gigs, hosting dinner parties, getting outdoors, and watching a good tv show / film together, so we’d love to find someone with similar interests.
