Friendly housemate sought (Double Bed, 2 Bed Flat)

Hi, my name is John and I moved to Bristol 10 years ago, purchasing a 2 bed flat in the process. My current housemate is moving to be closer to where they work, thus I am in the market for someone new to fill the room, and with any luck form a friendship with!

I'm fairly easy going about who I share my home with, so long as you are able to clean up after yourself and not cause trouble. Having an interest in hanging out from time to time would be a plus, especially if you're up for a board game or a trip down the pub!

In addition to myself, I should mention there is one further housemate residing here: my cat Magnus. He's very friendly and likely to want to nuzzle you from time to time, so if you are not a cat person this place probably isn't the best fit!

The flat itself is the ground floor of a relatively modern building, with it's own entrance separate to the other flats. The bulk of the property is a big open plan living room/kitchen, and is an ideal space for hosting small gatherings, which I happily encourage.

In terms of location, aside from being a 15/20 minute walk from the city centre, North Street itself is a lovely road catering to the vast majority of daily needs. I am no more than a few minutes walk from many lovely shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well a tesco only 2 minutes walk away.
