£700 a month (+bills about 130-140), available from 12th November. First floor, unfurnished, double bedroom near North Street.
Excellent location - a variety of supermarkets, shops and pubs within a short walk.
We are 3 girls (Jordan, Ellen and Molly), aged 23-25, looking for another girl (aged between 23-29) who is sociable, tidy and respectful who enjoys both going out and also cosy nights in. Unfortunately, we cannot take on any students.
Looking to start viewings from next week (w/c 06/10)
Note - the landlord has specified the new tenant must be in full-time employment with a salary of £26k+ so please only get in contact if this also applies to you
