I'm looking to sublet my room for three or four months to be able to travel abroad. This house is quiet and located in Bedminster, 5 mn walk from the bus stops (10 mn drive from the city centre) or 30 minute walk from town.
*You will need to pay a £150 security deposit, which will be refunded after the house has been checked for any damage at the end of your stay. Additionally, you must pay the first of two £465 rent installments before moving in. In total, this amounts to £930 for three months. (Price to be adjusted accordingly if you choose to stay 4 months)
Additional Info: Sorry, not suitable for couples. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the garden or outside the house.
